I am a clinical associate professor and chief medical physicist at the radiation oncology department in Magee Womens Hospital of UPMC Hillman Cancer Center. As a chief physicist, I manage the department’s physics and dosimetry group.I provide a full range of clinical physics support including image guided radiation therapies (IGRT), image guided HDR brachytherapy (IGBT), IMRT, SBRT, machine QA, patient specific QA, 4DCT, DIBH, and treatment planning. I also perform credentialing and data submissions for national and international clinical trials.I am also actively involved in teaching physician residents, physics residents and dosimetry trainees and perform clinical research projects. My main clinical research area and achievement are following:
