Tyler J. Wilhite, MD, is the regional vice chair of radiation oncology at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center. His specialized expertise includes lung cancer and stereotactic radiosurgery. Dr. Wilhite's research focuses on clinical trials, translational collaborations, and optimization of clinical workflow to improve treatment quality and patient safety. He actively participates in resident and medical student education.
